Severe stress
You show severe signs of stress and must do something immediately. Your strain has reached a critical level, and we recommend that you contact your doctor, as such a high level of stress can have serious consequences for your health.
At severe stress, we recommend that you receive counselling. For counselling, we refer to Klausen HR, where we have organisational consultants available for both online or physical sessions, depending on what you prefer. All our consultants are specialized in stress and have at least 10 years of experience working with people with stress.

Moderate stress
Your stress level is too high, and you should do something about it immediately. Your strain is exceeding what you can handle, and it is a state that your body cannot be in for a longer period of time before it will start to show severe symptoms. Therefore it is important to take action now.
At moderate stress, we recommend our workshop, in which you will receive tools and strategies on how to live a stress-free life. You will also learn to prevent stress so that you will not put yourself in the same situation again.

Low stress
You show mild symptoms of stress. This can be due to a temporary strain at work or in your personal life, but if the situation is prolonged, it can be a good idea to consider ways to lower your stress level to avoid it developing in the wrong direction.
At low stress, we recommend joining our workshop, in which you will receive tools and strategies on how to live a stress-free life. You will also learn how to prevent stress so that you can counteract the stress early on.
16-24 points out of 80
No stress
You are most likely not strained from stress at the moment. To maintain this state we recommend our development course for managers, in which you can learn how to prevent stress now and later on. If your score is low it can also mean that you are not able to listen to the signals your body is sending you. Therefore, it can be a good idea to take the test with a partner or a close friend, as they might be able to spot a different behaviour than what you are experiencing.
