Terms and conditions

The standard trading conditions describe the conditions between you as a customer and us as a supplier in connection with the sale of our products.

If you purchase our portal solution for all or several of your company’s employees at once via this link, you will receive a separate order confirmation by email. If you have not had a dialogue with us prior to your purchase, the following price applies:

30 DKK/employee/month + VAT. Invoices are sent for 36 months at a time in advance unless you wish to pay annually (optional). 2 months before the 36 months are up, you will be contacted by us regarding whether you wish to extend the period, which is completely optional for you.

Buy and pay directly on klausenlearning.dk

All amounts from klausenlearning.dk is in DKK and including VAT.

You have a variety of different payment methods. From our website, you can pay buy using VISA-Dankort, VISA, PayPal or Mastercard. You will not be charged any transaction fees when you buy from Klausen Learning. Our payment system is a secure payment system that encrypts all your information with SSL.

If you choose to split your payment over three or 12 months, there is an additional charge to cover accounting costs.

Consumer Rights

As a consumer, you have a 45-day right of cancellation when you shop at Klausen Learning via our website.

If you shop at Klausen Learning through an education, employer or other events, the right of cancellation expires 45 days after the invoice has been sent. You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the video course without notifying us at the same time.

Refund

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount you have paid to us. If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you.

We will make a refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or cancel an order that has already been placed, you can do so by sending an email to support@klausenlearning.dk, with the word ‘Cancellation’ followed by your order number in the subject field.
