It is individual how long time is needed to complete the course. By default, it is developed to take 1 1/2 hour, but we recommend that you watch the course over a couple of weeks – and preferably multiple times following.

At the end of each chapter, you can download the chapter as a podcast. This way you can choose to listen to it on your computer or to transfer the files to your phone. It is a method that we recommend when you need to refreshen the strategies you learned through the course.

We recommend that you take notes or use another method that works for you while you complete the course in order to support your learning process.

If you actively reflect and process the material while you are going through it, it will stick with you much better, and you will gain a bigger output. If you are not sure what method will work best for you, feel free to contact us.
